    How fast will my bike ship?

    We ship 'In Stock' models within 1-2 business days. If your order was placed on a weekend (Fri-Sun), it will ship the following Monday. If there is an instance where your bike cannot be shipped within two days, you will be notified via e-mail. Ground shipping generally takes a maximum of five business days within the Continental United States.

    Fully Insured Shipping

    Each bike sent out is fully insured against liability to the customer. If a bike is received with any damage, please contact us to explain the issue. A replacement bike or part will be sent out immediately. While we take great care to package and ship our electric bikes, we cannot control how each shipping provider will handle any given package. Most all bikes arrive in excellent condition due to our superior packaging.

    New and Improved Packaging

    All bikes are packaged to the highest standards to avoid damage during shipping and make the assembly process quick and easy for customers. The boxes are reinforced with zip ties around to increase the rigidity and foam inserts to prevent the packages from caving in at the corners. The bikes are all covered with packaging to prevent any scratches during shipment.

    What to do if your bike is damaged/missing parts?

    Every so often a package is mis-handled by the shipping service and there could be potential damage to the bike or parts inside. In this case we ask the customer to immediately take photos of the damaged package, product, and shipping label on the box. Send these photos to us at info@electropedal.com and we will remedy the situation by sending out new parts and offering payment to have a bike shop assemble the new part.

    All orders that are delivered to addresses within mainland USA are shipped for free. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. If an item you order happens to be out of stock, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to inform you. Although your item may ship out immediately, it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Our products are shipped via UPS, Fedex, and other Freight services for larger items.

    All of our items are sent for curbside delivery or to a loading dock if the business address is listed and has one. Signature is required for curbside delivery. For mopeds and large freight deliveries the courier will call the recipient to schedule an appointment to make delivery.

    Domestic Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

    We typically do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands (U.S.), but feel free to contact us for a possible exception and shipping quote.

    International Shipping

    We typically do not ship outside of the USA, but feel free to contact us for a possible exception and shipping quote.

     If you find another online store that offers a lower price than ours within one month of your purchase, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.

    To request your partial refund, e-mail us a link to the same product you bought from us on our competitor's website within one month from the date of your order and we will send you the difference.

    Exceptions:

    • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.
    • Promotions which bring the price lower than the MAP Pricing.
    • The website cannot be an auction site
    • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product.

    Competitor's product must be the identical model from an authorized U.S. dealer. Specifically, the product must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty, model number, contain the same components, and must be brand new (not refurbished). Competitor's product must be in stock. We reserve the right to verify another online company's product availability and price before issuing a price match or refund. We do not price-match on products listed on auction websites or member-only websites (such as sites that require a periodic membership fee).     If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund. Email us at info@electropedal.com to notify us that you will be making a return. Returns are processed through the manufacturer and must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to customer. We will not accept any returns after the 14 day deadline. As soon as the return is processed by the manufacturer, a refund will be issued to the credit card used at time of payment.

    All KMX brand products are excluded and we do not accept refunds for these products.

    Return Shipping:

    The customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs. It is ultimately up to the customer to pay for any cost during the return process including but not limited to purchasing a shipping label and packaging the bike.

    Condition:

    All products returned must be in new re-sellable condition, with no visible defects.  All items must be shipped back in their original packaging. Be gentle when opening your items to ensure that if you make a return, the original packaging can be used. Any items that show any wear such as dirt on the tire or scratches will not be eligible for a refund.

    Defects:

    If an item has arrived damaged or with a defect, contact us within 30 Days from day of delivery at info@electropedal.com and describe to us the situation, including your name and order number. We will not render service on defective products after 30 days, you will need to access your warranty for issues after 30 days. To verify the defect of a product it is required that you follow these steps:

    1. Take the bike to a local battery or electric bike shop and have them certify what is not functioning properly or defective. The written certification must be forwarded to us via e-mail at info@electropedal.com.

    2. Upon receipt of the certification, the manufactuer will send out replacement parts to fix the issue.

    3. Send us a copy of the receipt from the disagnostics testing and we will reimburse the customer the full amount of the service.

    NOTE: In the case of a defective part where the customer wants to make a return of the bicycle, they are solely responsible for return shipping.

    If you wish to cancel your order and it is still before shipment, you may do so by e-mailing us at info@electropedal.com, make sure to include your name and order number. If the product has been shipped, the order may not be cancelled and the customer will have to initiate a return.
