Outlined below is our return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please let us by emailing email@example.com and be sure to include "Return" in the subject of the e-mail.
14 Day Guaranteed Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it directly to the manufacturer. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you will be making a return. Returns are processed through the manufacturer and must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. As soon as the return is processed by the manufacturer, a refund will be issued to the credit card used at time of payment.
All products returned must be in new re-sellable condition, with no visible defects. Up to a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your return at the manufacturer's digression, based on the item bought. All items must be shipped back in their original packaging. Be gentle when opening your items to ensure that if you make a return, the original packaging can be used.
If you believe that an item has arrived damaged or with a defect, contact us at email@example.com and we will happily remedy the situation by either sending a new product or parts.
If you wish to cancel your order and it is still before shipment, you may do so by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, make sure to include your name and order number. If the order was placed over three days from the date of cancellation, a 3% cancellation fee will be subtracted from your refund.
