How will my bike be shipped?
All bikes will be shipped via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified in the description. A small number of bikes are shipped through freight.
Will I be able to assemble the bike myself?
Yes, all bikes sold on Electro Pedal are either fully assembled or require minimal assembly and can be put together quite easily with basic tools. You will not need anything more complex than a set of allen keys to assemble your bike.
What condition will my bike arrive in?
Your bike will come almost fully assembled. Some people worry when they are buying bikes on the internet that their bike will come in a box full of pieces. Most bikes come with their frame and back wheel attached, and the only assembly required is slipping on the front wheel (2 minute job). All bolts and screws are torqued to manufacturer specifications when the bike arrives at your house.

This bike comes exactly as described. Rear wheel and frame attached, the only assembly required is attaching the front wheel and pedals. The entire job of assembling it takes less than ten minutes. Here is the bike after it is put it together.
If I am not satisfied with the product, how will the return process work?
You will have two options,
1.) If there is a defect in the bike, we will process a return claim on your behalf. If your claim is approved, you will need to ship the bike to the manufacturer and a new one will be sent to you.
2.) If within two weeks of receiving the bike, it has not been used and you wish to return it, it can be shipped directly to the manufacturer for a full refund. Please email us your situation and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Does my bike come with a warranty?
Every bike ordered from Electro Pedal is brand new and includes the manufacturer's warranty. Specific manufacturer warranties are listed on product pages or can be viewed on their respective websites.

When will I recieve my free gift?
When placing an order you may be given an option to recieve a free gift. Any item in your order details that include "(Freegifts)" is classified as a free gift and is a way of us saying thank you to our customer's. These product's are not guaranteed and will be sent out while supplies last.
